Right now, the incredible cookies and cakes of DeSoto’s own Abbikadabbi’s Baking Company must be custom ordered. But, in 2024, Abbikadabbi’s will be opening their first brick-and-mortar store at Top of the Sipp!
As beautiful as they are delicious, Abbikadabbi’s decorated sugar cookies, specialty cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, pies, and so many other delectables will be ready and waiting for you. And, Abbikadabbi’s will be your one-stop-shop for all of the party supplies that you will need to go with the desserts, offering unique decorative plates, napkins, and other last-minute, quick-grab items.
Retail Buildings 1 and 2
The two buildings in Phase 1 will offer incredible retail space. That means high foot traffic, walk-ins, and impulse purchasing for food and drink. These venues are a great opportunity to appeal to shoppers with a small snack, a quick drink, or picking up dinner for the family.

In Phase 2, Top of the Sipp will be expanding with two multi-level entertainment destinations.
Here, dining can be both indoor and outdoor, with plenty of open spaces for groups to gather. Balconies on the upper levels will provide more seating, better views, and also allow the delicious smells of your restaurant to be carried throughout the area, attracting even more customers!
Phase 2 will also include a multi-level retail building, providing more boutique and local destination shopping.
