Top of the Sipp Breaks Ground for Phase 1

SMJ Enterprise held a ground breaking ceremony for Top of the Sipp, a 16-acre development bringing 218,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, entertainment, and office space to Southaven’s booming Snowden District.
Located immediately west of Snowden Lane, construction on Top of the Sipp will occur in three phases, with full buildout estimated in 2026.
